Your Instructor
Gary Lin is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, developer, and investment coach. Gary's purpose is to share his passion and knowledge for real estate, and empowers others to get out of the rat race to live a life of freedom.
Gary was a civil engineer for 12 years, but he found the 9 to 5 job to be boring and restrictive, and went on a journey of personal and financial freedom through investing in property. In a space of 6 years, Gary built a 14 property portfolio worth $10 million dollars.
In the past five years Gary has helped dozens of clients accumulate close to $50 million dollars worth of real estate around New Zealand.
